People usually get suspicious and dispute the Earth's sphericity when community of theorists who believe the world is actually flat are organizing urgency.

Urgency tho matters (!)

However you get suspicious because of two reasons:

1- You use your gut instinct and common sense and you go: "It looks flat so it must be!".

2- Your knowledge regarding Earth's sphericity is not sourced material. It's "Some guy told me that!" type of information.

The problem is that threat of the urgency makes you believe that you have limited time to process and consider. Thus you panic and you jump to conclusions.

Sorry to tell but "Earth may not be sphere" discussions are doomed and have no basis in fact.

Same as your Corona Virus apocalyptic theories.

It's time to ignore urgency, calm down and get the science facts first.

And please stop yelling: Some guy told me that!

We know that already.
